    Beware of this company. The repair man was late to the appointment. Did not fix the problem after he charged me far more than the quote and continually hit on me and my 13 year old daughter. He even grabbed my daughter's but and told her he like firm buts.

    Check out the Better Business Bureau ratings, they got an "f" for a reason. Horrible reliability, poor service and horrible business practices. Talked about how nice he was for not charging me for an extra trip charge when he brought a broken replacement part, said it was not his responsibility that it was broken. He was between 2 1/2 and 51/2 hrs late for his scheduled time. Find someone else.

    They attempted to charge me for a part that was covered under my warranty. Do not trust this "LG Certified," company.

    Pros: they arrive in timely mannor

    Cons: they tell you things are not covered under your warranty, when they really are
