    I can't believe this site makes me choose at least one star - I wouldn't give any!

    We were overcharged by Dr Noh. He recommended getting our 3 children's teeth sealed and told us it would cost us $15/tooth. He sealed 13 teeth and charged us for 16 surfaces of resin FILLINGS instead of for sealing the teeth. We were overcharged by $395. When we went back to question the error we expected him to make good, but instead he rationalized the charges by saying that the sealant normally used doesn't work so he used the same compound as he uses for fillings, and it is more expensive. Thing is, the time he should have said he was going to do that was before we gave consent for the treatment to be done. When we complained that he charged us for treatments he did not actually perform he refunded us the difference between the insurance's 70% cover for preventative work and their 40% cover for fillings, - so he gave us back $175 - but that still leaves an overcharge of $210 over the price verbally agreed on beforehand.

    We don't know if he really used a different compound or not - how can you tell? We do know he didn't do the 16 surfaces of fillings we got billed for. Obviously we're in the process of complaining to all relevant bodies, but wanted to share this experience in the hope it helps others.

    Beware! My advice - always insist on a written quotation - or find a dentist that is honest.

    Dr. Noh is the great. I use him for routine visit and if he finds a cavity, he fixes it the same day! Very caring!

    great work: In one day he assessed the work I needed, recommended implants, arranged financing, and started the work. I'm very pleased with my new teeth.
