Horrible!!!!!!I called in an order on the way home from work, I got there 20 minutes later and they told me it'll be a few minutes. I stood in there for another 45minutes watching others come in and out make their order and get their order and leave. So I ask the cashier how much longer she said it usually takes 45min for a carry out. Now why would you do a carry out that takes 45 min and not do a delivery that take less than an hour. But I was being patient and waited another 15 min......Guess what it still was not ready, so I asked for my refund. The only thing I'm upset is that if you messed up my order than let me know..I do not want to stand an hour in a pizza stop waiting for an order that was never put in. The lady knew she messed up and did nothing about it. So I'm mad that I waited over an hour for a carry out order that was never put in, while i waited in their store.

Not the first time bad service was received: This is not the first time I received bad service from this store but it will definitely be the lastt!! Pizza order that I was told would take 30 minutes took l hour 15 miniutes. Pizzas were barely luke warm and had been in the box so long that the juice from the pizza had soaked through to the bottom of the box. Called and complained offered to send more pizzas but delivery would be two hours it was already 10:30 pm and they close at llpm???? To top off the entire ordeal the they charged my account 90.45 for a 30.05 pizza order! Called corporate..they would not take off the charge immediately said it would take several days and if I wanted it off immediately I would have to have my bank call them.....!!!!

I was treated very poorly when I tried to order: I will never order again from papa johns thks to the poor customer service recieved by their pooorly trained staff , when I asked for my order the rep told me it was going to be 2 hrs and 15 minutes. (Chris) When I spoke to the manager (nova at the union park location) she told me she would call the police on me for harrassment)
Not the kind of service I expect!
