We have two dining areas: Casual open dining and private tea rooms with a garden view. We have full menu on our website. Our menu is so huge, we have something for everyone. You'll be surprised how big our portions are, too. We will fill you up for sure. Our Calamari is a must try! If you're looking for sushi, we have more than 50 different kinds of sushi rolls made fresh to order--from basic cucumber roll to very spicy Suicide Roll, gorgeous Geisha Roll and so on. We do accept reservations for private tea rooms but it's not mandatory. Our tea rooms hold parties from 2 to 22. So try Windy's Sukiyaki tonight, it's waiting for your discovery. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWindy's has been in Ogden for as long as I can remember (I'm 50 years old). The newest owners have done a wonderful job in creating a pleasant atmosphere and the quality of the food is excellent. Wonderful, fresh sushi, and the service is outstanding. They have Japanese style dining (sitting on the floor) or regular dinning. They are very busy on the weekends so it's best to go a little early.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFor a special occassion, reserve a tea room.: Great food and nice selections of combinations on their menu. If you want to have a romantic dinner, reserve a tea room. Every portion of the meal is wonderful from soup and salad to dessert. We have never had a bad experience there with service or with food quality. It is nice to take my daughter, because I know there will be leftovers for me. The only negative thing about it is the parking lot is gets full when it is busy. We usually avoid this by going in as soon as they open.

sushi was Ok. Sasimi was Fresh.: Yakisoba was awful! Don't even think about to try it.
Deco was romantic and nice.
WonTong Soup was good and so was salad. I loved their Green Tea Ice cream.
American Owner. Price is $$$ to me.
