    Ask for Jack. Jack was extremely helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He came to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He asked questions to make sure my needs were addressed. He explained the pros and cons of installing a new furnace and didn't try to hard-sell me on anything. He was also very prompt. The only reason I am docking Western one star in my rating is because they did not show up for the first appointment I made with them, and they did not call to reschedule - I had to call. For some reason I decided to give them another chance, and Jack's professionalism made up for someone else's screw-up. I will call them next time I need HVAC service.

    High quality work and very professional to deal with, I called at midnight when my furnace broke and they were out here in 15 minutes,Keep up the good work guys
