When we decided to stop in Brigham City after a trip to Crystal Springs we read the reviews on here and decided to go to Dixie Grill. The food was awful!
I got the deluxe hamburger w/ fries and a strawberry "freeze". The hamburger was overcooked and the bun wasn't fresh. There was a little bit of fry sauce and lettuce on it. The fries were bland and cold. The freeze was basically a shake with frozen strawberries in it.
My dad got a chicken barbaque sandwich with onion rings. This consisted of a frozen chicken patty with barbaque sauce on it.
My mom got the mushroom soup which came in a cup and consisted mostly of onions and little taste of mushroom.
My boyfriend got the deluxe cheeseburger which he says had a tiny slice of cheese on it with the same complaints I had about my burger. The tator tots were frozen and had a funny taste to them. His tiger's blood slush was watered down and low on flavor.
As for the service, the person at the counter was text messaging as he was taking our order. We also waited a long time for our food which they claimed was fresh- though I highly doubt any of it was.
I don't understand why they call it a barbaque place. There was very little barbaque there. It was NOT very southern either- since in fact my boyfriend is from Texas and contests to this.
We spent 30 dollars on a meal that we ate little of and would have prefered the generic tastelsss Mcdonalds to this place. If people think this is the best burger place in the state I'd like to see what they think the worst is.
Everything at Dixie Grill is fabulous! They specialize in their BBQ pork, but the burgers are to die for. My personal favorite is the Beef and Bacon. Add some fries or onion rings with their homemade fry sauce and you have it made!
the best burger around: try the home fries and your cant miss out on the fry sauce the food is great
