    Worst customer service ever. They refused to honor a $50 gift card that was purchased because it had expired 5 days prior, 5 measly DAYS!!!. So, unless you want to get ripped off and be treated like garbage I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

    You can't blame the spa for your own stupidity. It EXPIRED on that day. They don't have to honor it if it's AFTER the expiration date. You knew when it expired. How is that their fault you were too much of an idiot to use to PRIOR to the expiration date? Incompetent idiot!

    I visit Profiles every three weeks for my hair and nails and every two months for my masage and full body treatment. The ambiance and service at Profiles is, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered. I am treated like Royality at this salon. All of the services are extremely professional. I feel and look like a million $ when I walk out the door. The best part is their hidden secret of the body treatments. I have tried all three, and enjoy the Cinnamon Sugar Scrub the best, the Peperment Sea Twist (seaweed!!!) makes me feel the best. Got to go. (to Profiles!)
