    I took my car to them cause thier a dealership. Well, they ordered the worng parts for car and it took them about 2 1/2 weeks to fix it and they origanally told me it would be 3-5 days!

    poor service: I thought that my visit to the service department would have been different than that of my brother and two sisters. I have to agree, however, that my 30-minute wait, and poor service on the car, matched the same warning that my family had told me... based on their previous services there. I was disappointed in their respect and treatment of me as their customer.
