User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsthe service was poor. Had to wait to order dinks and the service was slow. The portions were small and the wine list was below par. We would not recommend Scaldonis. As the prices are to high for the quality of food & service. Will not go back.

Wow What a great Restaurant the food is the most flavorful and the staff are so courteous and fun!
this is real Italian cuisine! i wish i could have another trip to beautiful St George i would be back no doubt.
and the Owners were there kind and funny.

I have been to several Places in the world and had fantastic meals. great wines and atmospher. Scaldoni's in Saint Geroge Utah, put alot of those places to shame. the food was out of this world. chef Johnny, chef justin, chef max, prepare fresh fish in the middle of the desert as though the were caught fresh that day. Th matrade Jace. Explains the specials to you and allows you to pair the sefood items. there were three fresh fish items and for only 30 dollars I had Chilean Sea bass and tasmanian Salmon. My wife had Fantastic lamb and Halibut. The wine list that Jace has put together is fantastic not complex user frindly with wines that you cant get but at scaldoni's. Old world from Italy, to new world spain chile agentina and austrlia as well as the usa. "GO THERE ENJOY THE FOOD THE SERVICE AND THE WINE. DONT FORGET THE CHOCLATE LAVA CAKE AND FRANGELICO ON THE ROCKS. PETER TOCAMA WASHINGTON;. DONT LET THE OTHER NEGATIVE FOOL YOU WE ATE AT ANOTHER RESTUARNT THE PAINTED PONY. BEAUTIFUL BUT BLAND AND THE OWNER YELLS AT HIS STAFF IN FRONT OF GUEST VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WE ATE AT SCALDONI'S 4 OF THE FIVE DAYS WE WERE THERE WISH IT HAD BEEN FIVE. GO THERE GO THERE GO THERE
