User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey are not personable at all. I live in Provo (in their delivery district) and my mail comes maybe once a week. I have taken packages in to them that should be delivered by a certain date and have a confirmation and it shows the packages not leaving the post office till a week later. There is one greasy looking man that is very cold and you can tell he hates every person that walks up to him. There is a woman there that is so sweet and kind. I let people go ahead of me so I can get her (long brown hair). If you are planning on going to this location, think again. They are terrible.

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE: The mail is NEVER on TIME. I have tracked 3 packages and all of them are supposedly "Delivered to my unit" however, there is NOTHING!! Worst of all, they expect you to catch up with the mail carrier to ask them about your mail. They will not help you at the post office.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLost Packages: A year ago I was supposed to receive a package, and it didn't come for 3 weeks--from Washington State which should take three days. This has also happened before. Well, guess what. Same thing is happening now. I called the post office and they basically told me too bad. There's nothing they can do. They deliver 3 million pieces of mail every day and so my husband's birthday package means nothing. Talk about customer service!
