The only thing that makes me wonder is why is the drive thru so dang fast....my first thought would be that everything is sitting under a heat lamp. Then I wonder how fresh the food could be....but I still go there all the time cause I love the buffalo sauce!

Some of the Worst Service Ever: Ok, I have been back to this KFC a few times, only because the next one is up in Provo. The KFC in Spanish Fork has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. They have given me a bucket of original when I ordered cripsy, got all the way home and had to return to KFC for a refund. They said they gave me original because they were out of crispy, but they didn't tell me that when I ordered and payed. They probably thought that since it was to go i wouldn't come back after noticing the wrong items in the order. On other visits they always have messed up on a meal order, sometimes giving the wrong pieces of chicken, or not giving the biscuits. They just need to be trained on taking care of filling orders exactly as customers want them. Also, they sure could work on just being friendly to customers.
