User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOK food, but HORRIBLE service. Be prepared to wait too long for your food, get no drink refills and be ignored by your server. Don't call for a reservation because Michelle (the girl who answered my call for a reservation) is VERY rude and has no customer service skills.

I visited Brick Oven while I was with family from out of town. They loved it and so did I! Free Rootbeer Mondays were an unexpected treat, along with the great service we received. It is nice to know that service is still valued. If you want great food and great service, go to Brick Oven and ask to be sat in Janel's section.
