I recently experienced Pizzeria Bianco after returning from Sicily weeks earlier. I figured I would be able to compare the two, and really make a good judgement call. Well, Sicily wins! Pizzeria Bianco's crust was so soggy in the middle that you can't pick it up! Way too thin in the middle, and burnt around the edges. Try again Pizzeria Bianco, you've almost got it right!

I would have to agree. Their pizza needs some work but their management needs even more work.

The owners of Pizzeria Bianco have HUGE egos and treated my family and I like trash when we sent our pizza back because it was cold and had hardly any toppings.

Chris Bianco's wife actually used foul language with me when I asked them to remove one of the 3 pizzas from the bill because they screwed it up twice! She told me that they have 3 and 4 hour waits, didn't need to give anyone a discount or a deal and didn't care if we ever came back!

I was floored. These people are extremely rude and I've had better pizza for less money.

It's obvious that Pizzeria Bianco's Public Relations firm is doing a great job promoting this horribly run phoenix pizzeria.

Do yourself a favor and go to Ray's Pizza.

Ultimately in the age of the Internet has 'free will' ever been put through such a test? Let those be the judge of your credibility by reading your replies to other comments below.(Pizzeria Bianco sucks and so do the owners.) Luckily at least two of your comments are not left to interpretation. #1 Chris Bianco is not married. #2 Pizzeria Bianco has no PR firm.

I assumed Chris Bianco was married because she acted like his wife. Maybe she is an owner or just a manger, who knows. Either way, the simple truth is we received horrible treatment.

We went this evening and got there about 7 pm. There was a 3 hour wait so we went to see Hancock at the theatre nearby. The pizza is forgetable, but the service is outstanding. The restaurant is very quaint and cozy, only about 10 tables and 8 seats at the bar. The atmosphere is great, but wouldn't wait that long again. If you go on a weekday that's not a holiday week your wait shouldn't be as long.
