Avoid this place, go across the street or next door. These guys are the worst of the worst. David Gonzalez in finance is by far worst. He was very rude. He sent me off the lot in a car that he didn't even get me a loan for. He told me I had an aproved loan on the vehicle. I found out the next day that he lied to me and I had no loan. They wouldn't even come and pick up the vehicle. If you must use this dealer buy with cash. AVOID THE FINANCE DEPT AT ALL COSTS, SPECIALLY DAVID GONZALEZ.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. They are rude and they are more dishonest than other dealers when it comes to making deals. It is an "Old family run business" as they like to tell you. Well Charles Manson had a "family" too. It means nothing, they are old school polyester suit wearing sawdust in the transmission good old boys, say anything do anything to make a sale and then deny their promises and treat you like garbage when you call them on it. They don't make the best deals either. They confuse you with super low numbers but then in the end you have paid more than you wanted to and thousands above their advertised prices, which they don't honor either. This business is dishonest from the ground up. They also actively badmouthed other dealerships in the area which is pretty classless.

This review is regarding the service department.

I took my car to Courtesy for some repairs that were covered under warranty. The service agent I worked with was very friendly and helpful. He set up a rental car with Enterprise across the street (the warranty covered the rental car for the day) and called them to pick us up. He kept me informed of the progress. I couldn't have been more pleased.

However, when the agent called to tell me that my car was ready, he had a laundry list of things that my car "needed." I am adamant about keeping my car's maintenance up-to-date, and some of the items had already been accomplished (he said they had no way to know since the car had not been there before). The one that startled me the most was that, according to him, the front rotors needed to be replaced immediately. He said the technician brought the rotors for him to see because they were so oddly worn. Because of the high price of the repair, I decided to shop around before getting them replaced.

I am glad I did! I took my car to a shop that I trust and told them the rotors needed to be replaced. They inspected them before committing to the repair, and told me they were fine. I even asked them to double check! I told them about the experience at Courtesy and they assured me that my front rotors and pads were in normal operating condition.

So, all in all, I'd have to say...friendly service, but beware of what's behind the smile. The service agent flat out lied to me in order to try and get me to pay for an expensive repair that wasn't necessary. All the while, he was trying to convince me that they were the trustworthy shop! I will never trust Courtesy Chevrolet because of this experience.

(By the way, the warranty work was performed adequately. I have had no problems with the items that were repaired.)
