    I drive a taxi in Phoenix, and eat here occasionally. I recommend this place to all the customers I take downtown. All of them RAVE about how good the food there is. McCaffrey's offers authentic Irish cuisine, and good cold Irish beers. Try the fish +chips--it melts in your mouth, and the corned beef is just incredible. My kids litterally beg me to take them here. You will not be disappointed.

    I like the inside of it - but both times I've been in there on the weekends they play nothing but hard rock. A little hard to get in the Irish Spirit with Metalica blaring. An Irish pub? I don't know - for my money I recommend Rosey McCaffrey's on east camelback.
