I have read the reviews and I wont be shopping for my grooming needs there any more. I agree Pet Edge is the best.They are a lot faster with shipping pleasant to deal with.

Try Pet Edge for your grooming needs. Their delivery time is alot faster and the products are the same price as Ryans. The people are never rude. There is never a problem in returning a order or getting credit for that order.
I have read the reviews on the complaints with Ryans. I can totally relate to them.
One time I placed a order with Pet Edge and I was missing a certain color ribbon. I called and in three days I received the missing one---plus-- they sent me a new color they just got for free due to me not receiving my one ribbon ordered.
Thats pretty good customer service and pr work if you ask me.
Its nice for a consumer to be compinsated once in awhile. They sure know how to keep customers. Ryans does nothing for the comsumer/customer.
