User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI think that Chicos has very good food, and I had been eating there once or twice a week until i bit into a chicken taco that had little pieces of bone within. When I bit down it hurt my tooth real bad, and cut open the roof of my mouth. I explained what happened to the lady in charge and presented the bone pieces i had recovered. Rather than compensate me and apologize, the manager in charge suggested that i was lying to her and dismissed the possibility that it was true. I myself managed a restaurant for three years, and am very familiar with the proper way to handle that situation. I will never eat at Chicos again, and i hope after reading this you decide to eat elsewhere as well.

Wow what a great place , It was my frist time going there, and the food was so good, They had many choices at the salsa bar,it was so clean, alot diffrent then unnamed places there are downtown,,,, I had This salad, Grilled chicken salad , the dressing was great..I was there on business, at the hospital next door,will diffently go back.. keep up the good work CHICO.
