North Park Village

Ok so my husband and I moved in here a couple months ago. The apartment was not perfect; there was a cabinet door that was falling off and a bedroom door that was sticking. I called the front office and spoke to one of the girls up there; they took my work order and to my surprise the maintenance men showed up the next day and fixed everything. Our neighbors here are very friendly and welcoming. They came over when we were finished moving in and introduced themselves and assured us that if we needed anything to not be afraid to knock. This was very comforting seeing as my husband works nights and I am home by myself with our new son all night long.

I have heard some bad rumors from some of the other residents here but over all I am happy with our move and I even referred a friend that will be moving in here in a week. I guess after she has been here for a while I will get $500 off my rent as a referral fee. If you’re looking for a community, homey feeling in an apartment complex I would suggest North Parc Condominiums.

great apartment community: This place was a wonderful place to live!!! The staff was caring, considerate and the maintenance did such a great job
