I just purchased a vehicle through Midway's tent sale event last month. I have to say that after several years of purchasing vehicles from other dealerships, this dealership is by far the the ABSOLUTE WORST one I have ever dealt with. Warren in finance never took the class on how to treat people. They "mistakenly" listed the wrong mileage on my contract by almost 10,000 miles. That would have ended my service contract 10,000 miles too soon. I have had to call them every day since the deal was made because of several mistakes they made. They were supposed to do a 10 day payoff on my trade-in, but they sat on it and another payment was debited from my bank account for the old loan (which means they sat on it for one month). I went to the dealership to clear a few things up, and noone would give me the time of day. I called to tell them I had a nail in my tire (the tire sensor went off) and service started telling me that it could be a bigger job and that they might have to replace the tire sensor. You mean the tire sensor that alerted me that something was wrong with my tire in the first place? They are the biggest joke of a business I have ever dealt with and I am soooooo angry at myself for not reading any reviews on them prior to dealing with them. I have told everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. I have dealt with at least six people there and not a single one of them seems to know what they are doing. Do they just hire people off the street and put them in finance? I believe Warren must have worked with monkeys in a previous job because he lacks any of the tools needed to be in the line of work he is in. He doesn't identify himself and he argued with me when I first told them that I needed to go home and think about their offer. Up until that time, I was dealing with John in finance and had not dealt with Warren at all. He came flying out from around a corner when he heard me tell John that I wanted to think about it overnight.I would be surprised if noone has ever punched him in the face, because I was close to doing that when he got in my face for wanting to think about the deal. He kept asking why I wanted to think about it and by the third time I had to explain it to him, I finally told him, "I don't have to tell you d**k if I don't want to. If I don't want the vehicle, then I don't want it and I will walk right out of here." I will never do business with them EVER again.

MIDWAY CHEVROLET COMMITTED BANKING FRAUD. I HAVE 100% PROOF OF THIS. THE CONSUMER ADVOCATE AT RIP OFF REPORT.COM, HELPED ME TO FIGURE OUT HOW THEY COULD CHARGE ME $11,600.00 (YES THAT IS RIGHT) MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AND THE INTEREST RATE WENT UP 3% AS WELL. THE PAYMENTS WERE OVER $150.00 A MONTH MORE THAN AGREED ON, I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL I RECEIVED MY PAYMENT BOOK. DON'T EVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY STOLE MY CONTRACT FROM THE ORIGINAL DAY AND REPLACED IT WITH A DIFFERENT ONE AND ALSO SUBMITTED A FALSE APPLICATION TO HUNTINGTON BANK. THE BANK IS IN THE PROCESS NOW OF RETRACTING THE LOAN. SINCE I WROTE MY RIP OFF REPORT BACK IN DECEMBER 2008, I HAVE FOUND OUT A LOT MORE OF WHAT REALLY WENT ON IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS OFFICE DAYS AFTER WE LEFT THE DEALERSHIP! IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WILL GO TO RIP OFF REPORT AND READ ABOUT THE MANY COMPLAINTS THAT MIDWAY HAS AGAINST THEM BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING. NOT ONE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE IS HONEST. HOPE THIS HELPS!

I guess some people can't look beyond the color of your skin to find your an intelligent individual. had to deal with sales to pick up some transmission fluid that they had in stock. didn't ask for the price, considering I thought it would be the same as the other GM dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I know how much they run for. I ask the sales clerk about the fluid. he said he had them in stock, I told him that I would buy 3 quarts, and asked him the unit price. he told me $18 and some change. I asked why his prices were alot higher than the other dealerships, and he told me they usually sell for $21. I told him I had bought from other GM dealers in the area and they were only $9. he changed his tone, and said that he could give it to me for that. at that time I was very upset, because this parts clerk is trying to rip me off. he laughed and said it's a buisnes......the same type of buisnes's that lose customers. I will never deal with these guys again. I thought they were legit, but they are just like most skandulous shops out there. looking to make an extra buck off YOU. avoid this place like the plague. a bunch of rip offs.
