I went to bell honda to have an alignment service, but after they completed the job, it become worse. It is a very bad service.

I made a huge mistake when I bought my 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue at Bell Honda

701 W Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85023. They sold me a lemon. I was trying to decide between my 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue or a 2000 Hyundi
Sonota at a different dealership. Well, I should have went with the Sonata. My Oldsmobile seems as though it was built to break down. I have had nothing but problems with it since day one. Even well before it's generous 36000 mile factory warranty. The A/C system had to be repaired 3 times at the dealership as well as brake problems, steering problems, general front end problems with suspension, motor mounts, power windows, cruise control, front hubs, front cv axles and Because I have been using GM Dexcool coolant in my car per GM specifications I am having cooling issues with my car and a smoking problem when I start it up. There are so many things wrong with my GM car that I can't afford to keep up with it. I asked my friend who bought the 2000 Hyundi Sonata which has about the same milage as my car at present, (110,000) miles now, what type of problems he has had with his car. He said, nothing except two front hubs and otherwise just regular maintainence such as oil changes, brakes and etc.. I went for a ride in his Sonata and it had alot of power and I was impressed at how tight the whole car still was. I also felt ashamed for choosing to buy a GM automobile. I realize that I am only one small person to a large business like GM, but if many other people have an experience like mine, I can certainly see why GM is going under. They apparently don't care about building good cars that will last for good people. I don't think I will buy an Amercan car again, I don't want to be a fool who buys crap for lots of money again.

I was very pleased with how easy my car buying experience with Bell Honda was. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and eager to make me feel comfortable about purchasing a car. They had a great selection of both new cars and used cars and helped me find a used CRV, which was exactly what I was looking for, at a great price. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
