I have been renting here for a few months now and find that the prices and service are excellent. I have had no problems and when I first walked in I was shown many different units til I found 1 just right for me, she was very friendly and extremely helpful. Great Rates! the best rates I could find without any hidden costs. I highly recommend.

i have used sure lock storage for almost 3 years now. i have had a ruff time financialy the past 3 years. the staff at sure lock have worked with me over and over again. i have found them to be compasssionate and understanding. and not once have they been rude or unfair. i would highly recommend them.

We were renting a storage unit, paid on time and now time to leave. Spoke with person and said we would be leaving in maybe a week, not quite sure but we needed to pay our bill. She said ok, made the payment and said when we move tell her, we would be reimbursed. When we moved, we went in, another person was there and never turned our account as being moved out. Contacted sure lock and she said sorry, you have to pay in full because we were not notified. I contacted Patrick, manager and when finally we spoke without playing phone tag, he was very rude and no I will not get my money back. We paid an extra 3 weeks rent and he even yelled at me on the phone and called me a lier. It is a shame, we paid our bill ontime every month and to be treated so unrespectfully; and naturally, this will be turned into the better business bureau. He was not a good businessman and has no manners, guess that's why he will not get ahead in life with an attitude like that.
