    I've visited this site 2x for conferences, different months, and both times the service has been less than desirable. This is putting it mildly. I had a half sandwich and chili, the bread was at least 5 days old because it broke apart when I picked it up, and there was no mayo, mustard, nothing to hold it together. I told the waitress who asked what she could do about it, I said nothing ( I was going to eat just the turkey and cheese) and she promptly yanked my plate out from under me (my cup of chili full). The other 6 people (we were a party of 2 at a seperate table) had to wait a looong time for their meals. They asked for seperate checks (I mentioned we were at a different table, got there 30 mins after the other 6) and had to wait in excess of 30 mins, how difficult is it to ring up 6 checks instead of 1? THEN, we had stuff on our bill we didn't even order, I believe one person didn't get any bill....the manager said the waitress was overwhelmed, well, if you can't handle a group of 6 (docile folks I might add), you might want to find another 'non people' job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!! Once I can forgive, but 2X bad service is enough!
