I bought my Scion TC there 3 years ago and have been taking there for service. They do a really good job, I've only had to take it back a couple times and it was usually something to do with internal computer.
Typical high pressure greaseball salesmen: I have done busuness with Camelback Toyota several times out of necessity (certainly not by choice). Each time it has been the worst case of the stereotypical car salesman nightmare. The last time I was there I was attempting to be cordial but the price was clearly too far apart to be able to reconcile. I politely requested my debit card back (required as a show of good faith) so that I could leave. I even told them that I would be back again to look at other deals that might be more workable. However each person would stall, accuse, belittle and degrade and when I insisted on getting my card back they would "agree" to give it back, but instead of returning with the card, they would send out the next highest manager to go through the same thing.
Camelback Toyota is a high volume dealer not because they work for their customers, but because they bludgeon their victims into the vehicle that they have decided to put them in instead of trying to find something that works for them.
After doing business with them half a dozen times, I can honestly say that they are one of the most unproffessional dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They still cling to the old approach of selling cars where they know better than the customer what they want and need.

This was exactly my experience today - down to every detail, including the debit card fiasco.
I love my car from them, I bought the car that I love and paid very little down payment they even filled up my gas for free every time I came in, Also they even gave me a free oil change to my car. They trated me with respect and very professional. I love my car and they helped make it a better buy.
