My buying experience was great but not without some snags, But unlike others who make comments on here I don't blame ABC for the bank financing my loan for changing the interest rate after I took delivery. My credit was not perfect. ABC worked with me to find a great car and get me an approval when others turned me down flat and helped me find a car at a payment I could handle. I was treated courteously and they answered all my questions even the ones I felt stupid asking. They didnt hide information like other dealerships I had been to. The didnt just sell me a car, they earned my business. They even checked up on me repeatedly after the sale to see if I had any more questions and was happy with my purchase. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.
i too am seeking legal action against ABC . Bought used 06 Subaru on Sat. While filling out paperwork another employee came in bragging that he had just returned from taking my car for a spin before i took it home.unbelievable. Then i took car home drove it to and from work sun noticed a strange smell thought it was engine cleaner. Then on monday clutch went out not even 2 days .Dealer picked up car took it to there shop said no problem will fix it. Now they want me to pay to fix it. saying i broke neat trick in 2.5 days . they overed to let me return it and get my trade back and they would keep my 1000 dollars down to repair it. What the hell.anyone who had sued them or had similar experiances please email me at peng1fam@yahoo.com
THEY ARE LIARS. I AM PAYING NEARLY 600 A MONTH ON A CAR THAT PAYMENTS SHOULD BE LESS THAN 400. MY CAR WAS RETAILED AT 21,000 AND WHEN I WALKED OUT, I OWED 34,000. WATCH THE PAPERWORK BECAUSE IT IS NOT CONSISTENT. ON SOME PAPERS, THE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED. WHEN I WENT TO THEM TO HAVE THEM TAKE THE CAR BACK, THEY SAID NO. WHAT A RIP. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. I HAVE 2 FRIENDS THAT HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES. BUY USED, NO CAR PAYMENTS AND PAY CASH. BE SMART, NOT BROKE LIKE US.

Interest is such a nasty thing isnt it? You seem to like those capital letters, don't you? Lets see your bought a 21,000 car. I'm going to hazard a guess that your credit is kind of mid to low level average. Even if you didnt buy anything in delivery like an extended warranty, if your interest rate was 16-18% then the the final contact will show you the total amount you will have paid by the time you make your last payment. At 18.00%that would equal about $33,342. Math may not make you happy but it will always tell you the truth.
