Stuart Anderson's Black Angus: If you want a cheap and mediocore steak this is the place for you. Ruth's Chis, Morton's & Capital Grille are all with in 4 blocks and are superior to the Black Angus in every way.
Always a treat.: We have been coming to Phoenix since 1992. This is a must stop for dinner. Of the 40 or 50 cities we visit each year ,eating in many, many fine restaurants, nobody does it better. From New York City to San Francisco Black Angus in Phoenix is the best.
