Spent a weekend at the travelers inn, service was excellent! the room was cheap compared to other motels that were in the area. the state fair was not far away at all, so it made staying here a even better experience. The room was clean and the pool area was very well maintained. the receptionists were very knowledgeable with the area and pointed out many places to visit. would recommend the place to my friends and family.

I stayed at this motel for around 2 days. it was work my money and was cheaper then everything around. The service was good. The best thing was that the hotel was clean all around. The only thing wrong was that the room paint just need some touch up. i would go back tthis place and stay. i dont now why the other person gave it bad review. but whatever

This place is not worth $59 a night in fact I would not even spend $5 a night on this place, the front desk girl talked on the phone the whole time during check in. When we got to our room our daughters feet turned black within 10 minutes from carpets being dirty, the sheets on the beds looked like they had not been changed and the bathroom had no light. Went to front desk and the girl said she could give us a different room well I asked to look at it first and it was worse then the one we were in. I do not recommend staying here it is below the level of a dump, don't let the outside looks decieve you check a room before staying.
