User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHEY ARE THE WORST!!!!! I got a car then they wanted me to come back a re-finance BEWARE!!!! Jim Schofer was my salesman he's a liar. Kirk Devalle was my finance man and hes scandalous scum. When I left a msg they couldnt find the rep after holding for 10 mins I called back again @ 2:30pm again leaving a msg. NEVER got a call back! Then was stranded after work, they had my keys & they did NOT call next morning so when I finally called @ 10:15am they tell me I need to spend $1350+ to get my car fixed! I just got car with in the last month are you kidding me! The Asst. Manager was RUDE gave wrong prices and was unprofessional, saying this is MY fault for not calling them by 6pm. BEWARE!!! They are money hungry, unprofessionals and NOT Customer FRIENDLY AT ALL!! If you want to waste your $$$ then you can go there!!! BUT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT AlL!!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this dealership, I went in looking to buy a Chevy Tahoe, had one picked out and ready to buy, I have good credit and should not have to deal with crap like I did at this dealership, the sales man that I used I trusted, but you know the sharkes in the "back office"...... the deal was not going to work they were not giving me enough on my trade, I was ok with that, as we were pulling out of the parking lot the sales man came out to the car and advised that they could do the deal,(it was a sneaky lie just to keep me there and wear me down) so i parked went back into the office only for him to tell me the same sales manager ERIC who said to make the deal work 5 minutes ago said they could not do the deal, he was playing games and lied, wasted my time, we all know how shady car delerships are but this was the worst.. I would rather pay more money for a car then deal with sneaky liars, at brown and brown that is what you will deal with dishonest sneaky liars!!!! I was a returning customer and my last experince was not so bad, there were not games, but the sales man that i worked with is no longer with brown and brown and i am sure its due to the dishonesty of the mangement, good salesmen will not make it at brown and brown they will leave because people like Eric will prevent them from doing an honest deal... you can tell its a shady dealership the minute you walk in the door, they do not take any pride in their building, their offices are so filthy dirty, it does not take much money to clean up an office and add some decent furniture, most ligitimate businesses are very presentable, I wonder if they are registerd with the better business bureau (BBB) I bet they are not... I urge you to NOT go to Brown and Brown chevy...
User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars2006 trailblazer: the new car deal was fair from that point on it has went down hill i drove 504 miles to make a deal left a check to be deposited on 11/22/06 for 3,000 and it has now bee ran twice and cost me 50.00 and today i get a call to send money e mail . i live in fort mohave my checking accnt is in mesa phx i would have to take off and drive to mesa to take care of this your dealership made the mess.
audie murphy this is my fifth vehicle i have never tried to get you to lower your car prices and if this is not taken care of i will share this experiance and promice to never buy another car from you people this kind of greaf i do not need . honestly i wish after the car deals i had this year i could do a bunch better buying private party. i hope to buy a new truck in may and i had hoped to buy from brown&brown now i dont know
to be honest right now i am mad and i dont like it i dont get upset easy.
the car i traded to you people i had baught in june at colorado river ford in needles and they failed to get the note settled for two months after i sold it and i got the hit on my credit ifeel right now i kant win for losing.
