User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWow I had a totally different experience in Milano's. Yes they have a great selection but the help if indifferent downstairs. They are looking for the big sales and ignore you even while standing at the counter for a long time. The sales people who talked to me were cocky an arrogant like it was a big pain to even wait on me. The repair shop people were helpful and the music books upstairs are great but the downstairs sales and rental people could use some perspective on customer service. Keeps me from wanting to give them any more of my music money. I like to be treated well when I'm in their store.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWow what a find coming across this! I used Milano's Music when I lived there way back in the ummm 70's? They were wonderful then, and I have yet to find a better music store ANYWHERE I go. Arizona is so very lucky and may not even know it.

Milano's is by far the best place for anything music, I have been a loyal
customer since moving to the valley 7 years ago. You feel like a member
of the family always, the owners chat with everyone they can doesn't
matter if your buying a guitar or a guitar pick, the staff is first rate and very
knowledgeable , swing on in and tell em Finch Williams sent you. Milano
music the only music store for me.
