I WILL NEVER BUY A NISSAN BECZ OR THERE SERVICE SUCKS ASS. I BEEN THERE 4TIMES FOR ONE THING . ABOUT 13 HOURS IN MY CAR AND THEY CANT FIX IT WOW.

Poor service department. Dropped my car off, it sat there for 5 1/2 hours and they did nothing until I showed up at which point we did the test drive to determine what the "noise" was in my 2007 Maxima. Had to make another appointment. In prior visit they replaced some trim that was peeling and they didn't put it in correctly so that has to be redone as well. When you call for updates on progress they acted like you are bothering them. Poor poor customer service. They need to rename that department to "We'll get to it when we get to it"!

POOR POOR Service department. My wife and I bought a 05 Pathfinder, the majority of the miles we have put on the vehicle is driving back to the POOR POOR Service department. They are rude and unprofessionaly. Sales managers are even worse, espically after the purchase of the vehicle. I would not recommend buying a vehilce from them nor would I advise anyone to take a vehicle there for service. I will now drive out of my way to avoid Power Im Poor Poor Service Nissan.
