    sears now a glorified k-mart: The 1st of August we ordered a vinyl shed that was out of stock and due in the 17th. We called to see if item arrived on the 18th, 22nd, and 25th. A typical call-in went like this; 2 or 3 dis-connects, no answer (3 times), and after 1+ hour was told item was in. Went to pick-up and found item was not in, but after 1/2 hour on phone sales associate found item at another location 8 miles away where we headed to pick-up. And people wonder why more and more shop at Wal-mart!!!
