Whenever we can't decide what to eat, we go to this IHOP. They have enough variety to please everyone. The food is a cut above Denny's, but I think is slightly more expensive. Quality here is consistent and I've never had a bad meal or been disappointed with the food. The service is usually good. This place is so busy sometimes it takes a while to get a table. This seems to be a well-managed IHOP because even when they are very busy the wait times that they give you are usually pretty close to correct and usually never exceed 10-15 minutes even at the busiest times. You do wait longer for your food after you are seated when they are very busy, but they usually do a pretty good job of getting it out in a reasonable time.

Not just pancakes!!!: I have been to a few Ihops but generally frequent Denny's. Usually when I go out to these places I am looking for cheap quick edible food. What I got was so much more. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by a warm and inviting staff. The hostess was very nice and very understanding to me as I am handicapped. The server was a younger guy to which at first I thought (great...) but was completely astonished. He truly seemed to care about me and what I wanted. He suggested Chicken Crepes which turned out to be wonderful food that I would expect from a higher priced restaurant. The manger even came over and ended up sitting with me for a few minutes! They were about 1/2 full and I felt as if I was the only table in the restaurant. I guess they are'nt like the coffee shop, International House of Pancakes as they were when I was younger. I will be back to enjoy this IHOP many times to come I am sure!
