User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe efficiency of this branch is unbelievable! Whenever you go, the line seems to be nearly out the door. Yesterday in the early afternoon, I stopped to mail several letter that needed special postage. There was only one clerk at the counter. After standing in an unmoving line, I left the building and went to the next nearest branch. The waiting was minimal there. Does this facility realize that they are a service provider? Is it realistic to have one clerk during the one of busiest seasons of the year?
