User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI live 2 miles at the most, blocks away frm the post office, and yet about 3pm is when I get my mail. The Saturday before memorial day I was expecting a check. At 2:30 pm the carrier still hadn't arrived.
I called the office and the person simply answered as Mail. I asked her name and she said Mary. She said people had called in sick and carriers were working double loads. I am sorry to hear that but I live right off of Center maybe 2 miles away! C'mon! Poor attitude and poor customer service. I'll try to get my check sent electronically next time. Customer service in the Post Office is good. Delivery sucks.-

The people at this post office are very nice. It is located on Southern near Crismon Rd. Mesa, 85208. Unfortunately, one of the women has a very thick accent. I can't understand her at all. How come the post office, United States that is, doesn't hire all Americans????? I know several Americans, with an American accent, who would love a post office job. This is a sincere question, not intended to offend anyone. It is a very, very busy location: very long lines! Can't another person be hired to help prevent one hour waits?

The employees at this Post Office are absolutely the best in the business!! You are treated professionally yet with a small town friendliness you just don't see or receive anywhere else !!! I have had several occasions where it was necessary for an employee to 'have to go the extra mile'.....and never, ever got anything less than a smile along with a 'glad to help' attitude. The Management is also one that many MANY other companies envy no doubt ! The Customer Service Industry should use these employees as trainers so that dealing with businesses day to day could be a much more pleasant experience !! KUDOS to the Center Post Office Team ! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BRINGING JOY TO MY DAY !!!
