    Staff is nice and low pressure. Purchased an expensive pair of Barcalounger recliners. The quality was not very good. Because they were custom leather, I could not return them. Norwood was very helpful in ensuring they were repaired in my home. However, it took three different Saturdays while the nice repair man Barcalounger contracts with to fix the multiple issues. Barcalounger denied a few minor repairs at the end because they said it was within their standards- uneven seams, rough edges under the leather, uneven padding, a crease in the seat leather even before it had been sat upon.

    All in all, I would recommend Norwood, but they should rethink selling a cheaply made product like Barcalounger.
