My family, party of 15 Chinese, waited for about 20 minutes to be seated in a small table, which could not take all of us, so some of us still stand by the table waiting to be seated. Then, a waitress told us down on the other side had a big table big enough to take all of us so we moved. However, right after we all settle with that big table, another waitress came and told us that table had been taken and we were not supposed to sit there, so we were back to tableless situation. When I complained to the manager, he said we shouldn't have taken that table in the first place. I told her it was the waitress who told us to sit at that big table. And then the manager just look at me, a Chinese, then just said SORRY, and that's it. Honestly, I don't think he really feel sorry at all. He just want us to get out of his store in one minute so that other customers could avoid the scene. My family had been waiting for more than 30 minutes and ended up nothing to eat.
We made this our 1st stop for lunch after our plane landed. We were not disappointed. As a matter of fact, we made our way back over to Scottsdale later in the week just for a 2nd helping! I highly recommend Nello's Pizza behind the Sugar Bowl, Then hit the Sugar Bowl for a tasty dessert.
This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The avocado was moldy, the milk shake was warm, and the prices are too high for crappy food. Go there to take a picture with your kids who are into Arthur.
