This place is absolutely the worst for customer service. My car was running bad, and only a year old. I took it to them twice and they said they could not duplicate the symptoms. So, long story short, it finally had to break down for them to fix it. A warranty issue. So they have had the car for over a week, because by the time I get off work they are closed, and the shuttle does not run on the weekends! What a bunch of crap! Now ........ lets see now ........... why should I take a cab and pay for a ride to get my car when it was their mistake that caused the problem? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

I had the worse experience with Thorobred Chevrolet's customer service. I provided everything they asked of me and told me that they will work on my file and will be contacted the next day but no call. My husband called and was very rudely told by Gabe that the file was not worked on and will be when time permits as he is with a customer. We were customers too...Thorobred Chevrolet has ALOT to learn in the customer service department...take lessons from HENRY BROWN!!!

Their Bodyshop is one of the best in the Valley, a definite must-take if you want your car back to factory condition after an accident. I heard that once a car is in an accident its never the same, but I haven't had any problems with mine so far.
