User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBy far the worst bank I have EVER had to deal with. I closed my B of A Account and ended up going through IRS audit. IRS requested my bank statements from this branch. I waited for 6 weeks, calling every three days and still no statements. The IRS got tired of waiting for me and siezed my company, assets, bank accounts and account receivable. I made a phone call from my car phone and was able to get the copies all I had to do is pick them up. I picked up the statements went back to the branch and told them I made a phone call and was able to get what you could not get in 6 weeks, and I do not even work for B of A. The bank manager had no explanation for this and looked like an idiot in front of customers. This branch is totally F**ed UP and caused me to have my company siezed, and headached I would not of had to deal with if they did their job. My middle finger to B of A and especially this branch..............Please, Please, Please do not use this branch..............So far Customer Service has been wonderfull in assisting me through this, and the branch on Power Road & Ray. My thanks to you! from DP

I think this location on Elliot in Gilbert is the best customer service. They always say hi to you when you walk in the door that is very impressive . The tellers are friendly and efficient with their tranactions. I love this location and i it a 5 star report!!!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is by far the best Bank of America in the country!! I have been going there for years and not once have I ever had bad service. Not to mention they have the best looking male tellers.
