User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi called for a detailing service and some lady quoted me a price of $150 to have it done i said great and when we came back to get the truck i was not done! we went inside to tell them it was not done and they said they dont have any detailing service . that means they just quoted me a price and pocketed all the $$$! i will take this to the top !

Service Department is absolutely horrible,: I would rather light my head on fire then bring my vehicle back there.
Way too many complaints to list here, i actually brought my vehicle to the west side of town for service to avoid this dealer.
Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere.

I am feeling your pain...What a waste of time and $$$. I have been there 3 times for the same problem, they still say "they can't reproduce the problem" so it reamins unfixed. Meanwhile I am just waiting for my car to stall out or lose power (as it has been doing) in the middle of an itersection...imagine the results. I do all the time, and it's not a good feeling!
