So good! I have eaten Pho most of life and I this place is sooooo good. I got the Pho Bo Vien (meat balls) and it was yummy! This place is confortable but it is for sure they aren't going over budget with the decor, its where it should be, in the food! Also, my husban ordered egg rolls and they are to die for. I am so happy to have found this place, just thought I would share
A year ago I would've given a five star rating. I've eaten here for years, but recently in the past year or so the food has gone down hill. The spring rolls aren't fresh. It seems the amount of meat or fish you receive in your dish is reduced greatly from the past. I ordered the hot pot and it was basically a skeleton boneyard with two small slivers of fish. I keep giving it chances with the hope I caught the cook on a bad night but the repeated disappointments have outweighed my desire to eat here anymore. The service is always fast and efficient which is a plus. But if you want actual delectable food you'll try out these places in Chandler first! Anise on Warner/Dobson is my fav place now because everything is so fresh and tasty. Dragon Fly is pretty good and Pho ao Sen on Baseline/Dobson is better than wasting your lunch break at Saigon anymore.
The food is ok. But it's not to par with many Vietnamese restaurants I've been to which are mostly in other cities. Every time I order a soup, the vegetables it comes with are wilting else not fresh. I pointed this out to the waitress after getting expired sprouts a few times. She made sure each time after that that I got fresh or from a new bag. I appreciated that effort, but feel sorry for those who just accept what they get.
