last January i purchased a brand new corolla, i was talking to the internet manager at the time, Jeremy i think it was gave me an really good price on the car around 13000.00 before taxes. I told the sales rep on the phone I was paying cash for the car, and said I could bring in a personal check... Also informed him I was coming all the way from Tucson. When it was finally said and done, giving the finance department the check, they said I could not take the car home until the check clears from their bank, or I could get a cashiers check knowingly that it was a saturday afternoon after the banks were closed for the weekend. so theys aid they would drive it down to to Tucson for me because they were giving me such a good deal on the car which they were.. they did not want to pay the 500$ to ship it. They said they would drive it down that Wednesday, but the salesman always said he could not leave 2 people to man the dealership. 2 weeks has past i then demanded that this car needs to be shipped to me and they did agree. When my my car shipped I then found out that the salesman i had was laid off the day before. A coincidence I think not!! Very un professional, but in the end I got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, but it just took longer than expected to receive the car

I've been a toyota fan and owner for pretty much forever. Always excellent customer service and friendly at all dealers I've visited across the west, accept this one. Rude and "too busy" attitude twice forced me to Power Toyota of Tempe where I was greeted with great service and made an excellent purchase and spent my $$ somewhere else.

Maybe they came off as busy because they sell more cars than anyone in Arizona and you made an insane offer

It seemed like I was having a pretty good experience while I was buying the car...thought I was getting a good deal with a car that wasn't even on the lot yet, but they assured me that since it was below 70,000 miles, it was a certified used car so they would clean it up and have it looking like new.

When I came to pick it up the following evening, it looked like it hadn't even moved. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to finish "putting the final touches on it", which included adding an alarm system, trying to charge me, then having to take it of when I said I didn't want it. Jason Carter (my salesman) assured me he'd send me 3 coupons for a free oil change because of the inconvenience. Never received those (even after I went in, and re-gave him my address so he could send them to me). The car was shaking because they didn't rotate and balance the tires, so I had to shovel out 40 bucks to get it done at Discount b/c I didn't have time to take it back into the dealership. This was on top of the deep cleaning I had to do because the interior was still dirty when I got it. Also, when I took it to the service department to complain, they said it was NOT a certified used and the salesman was incorrect when he stated that???

I really could go on and on about my awful experience there, but I won't digress any longer. Bottom line: once they get you to sign those papers, you are dirt. I will never buy from this deceitful dealership EVER AGAIN. If you do go there, stay away from Jason Carter.

All this is so true. They treated my daughter great until she could not gualify and then they wanted thier car back (after she had it for 3 days)which I understood completely. But, they were so rude and mean and totally blew her off after that. The customer service is horrible and just because she cant get it now (even though she just gualified for a 06 dodge truck)when she graduates and has a good job and wants a vehicle this will be the last place she will go too. If you are smart you will stay away they dont care about the customer just the profit.

I had an awful experience here as well. I made the mistake of walking in as a single mother with my two kids and these vultures took total advantage of me selling me a car that was not worth what I paid for it and changing the paperwork when I came in to sign it giving me 14% interest instead of 9%. Unfortunatley, I came in on my lunch hour to sign the papers and was in a hurry to get back to work and did not catch the increased interest rate until I was back at work and when I contacted them, they shrugged their shoulders and told me that I had to deal with it. I ended up paying for the car for 4 years (Toyota Corolla) and when it reached 60K miles, the transmission blew up on me so I had a lemon and traded in a car that was worth $1,500 that I still owed $9,500 on because of the 14% interest rate. It was a program car when I bought it and my mechanic told me that the person that drove it before me tore up the transmission. I will never buy from them again!
