User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT....ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND RUDE. ESPECIALLY TO WOMEN. Long story short..
I purchsed a 2009 Escape, I took it back 3 days later with a vibration during idle. They told me that they have had issues with other Escapes and that there was nothing they could do. They did nutralize the motor mounts and ran some tests, but they could not fix it and they said I pretty much bought a car with a vibration to deal with it, They actually told me two things 1. its not hurting anything, 2. maybe it will go away after a few miles. How stupid do they think people are....I'm still working with the sales people to drive away with a vehicle with no vibration.... its going on 6 days..I think they are hoping I go away. FORD SELLS LEMONS. And their service department knows it. DONT BUY FROM FIVE STAR FORD. scottsdale az

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not use their service dept.: Do not use their service department!! I took my vehicle in for routine 100,000 mile maintenance ($750.00) with zero problems, they returned my car with disconnected hoses, they broke my AC, and they rotated the tires improperly so now they are not aligned. Overall they just did a very poor job! When I brought it back they acted like there wasn't anything wrong because "I" fixed it already and did nothing to reimburse the time it took me to fix their incompetence. I ended up taking it to a real mechanic!!! They do not deserve your money and you do not deserve there shoddy work!!!
