I brought my 2006 pontiac GTO into Van Chevrolet to get some warranty work done on the vehicle. The passenger side window was a little off track and the car was still covered under the 36k factory warranty. A couple other minor things such as the volume button on the steering wheel, a couple screws missing from the glove box, and things of that nature were to be fixed. After they reviewed the car, they tried to tell me they could not fix anything under the warranty because the car had been in an accident and wasn't fixed properly after the accident. They would not give specifics but were very clear the car would not be covered. They tried to charge me 2 grand to fix these things. They also threatened to put a warranty block on my vehicle so no other dealership could fix it. When i told them I would be taking the vehicle to another dealership is when they said they would put a warranty block on it. When i got the car back, the passenger side door would no longer lock. Also, the alarm doens't work properly anymore. I took it to another dealership and everything was covered under the factory warranty. These guys are crooks don't take your vehicle here!!!

Horrible dealershop and experience. Will never go there again and warn everyone out there. They just want your money and dont care how they get it. We went to look at a 07 cobalt with had very low miles and the price was alright. it had some scratches on the tint and some paint was chipped on the door to me were little problems i wasnt going to nit pick about but we went through 2 long nights over 5 hrs of there on work nights with a child was so painful and going back and forth with the banks.. so we were APPROVED signed the papers and got insurance. had the car for 2 weeks and then they tricked my husband to come back and sign papers and then took the car away and said that the bank didnt approve it and they needed more money down.. bullshit we make way enough to afford it .so we were done, something fishy was going on.. we did get our down payment back and now looking for a brand new car at another car company for the same price as the used one .....

Problem 1: I saw a used car online priced at 19k...thru e-mail a salesperson offered me 18k before i even walked in. When I got there he was busy, so i met with someone else who assumed i had just walked in off the street. He proceeded to offer me a "great deal" at 23k!!! It took me 45 minutes of negotiating before i could even get back to the 18k price!
Problem 2: They had stickers on the windows conveniently hiding 3 chips. After I drove off the lot I noticed them. I came in the next day to show them, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because there was no way of proving I hadnt caused them.
Problem 3: They spent another 45 minutes trying to get me to purchase the extended warranty, which I couldnt afford. 2 months later I randomly met the former owner, who informed me that he had purchased the extended warranty when he bought the car, and the dealership was aware that this would transfer over to me. I checked with the original dealership and it checked out.

Times are tough for dealerships right now, and you can bet that these guys will try to milk every penny out of you.
