    I have referred him to everyone! A GREAT Dr.: A great Doctor!!! I had major lower back problems, I looked like a question mark when I was able to walk. I was always in pain, and on so much pain medicine the pills were becoming ineffective. He was great, friendly, informative and very competent. My surgery results were more than I hoped for. I have been pain free and with complete range of motion for over 2 years. Now that I am having cervical (neck) issues I am back to see him again with no hesitation. I have referred him to everyone that even mentions back issues with the possibility of surgery. He is the BEST in my opinion.

    The Best!: Dr. Marciano was my lead surgeon for a very complex meninigioma tumor on the brain. As a surgeon, he is the greatest in my opinion. As a caring physician, he is thorough, compassionate and makes sure you and your family understand the medical issues you face. His staff is wonderful and make you feel special as a patient.
