this is a review for Nissan car service/repairs. i wanted a simple oil change. they looked at my car and recommended FOUR additional "critically needed" repairs, which cost $600 if i got all of them! i was suspicious so i took my car to get a second opinion at a popular local mechanic and was told that i only needed ONE repair, which cost $140.they also told me that Nissan customers keep calling them to get second opinions on very similar "critically needed" recommendations, and that every time they check the vehicles these recommendations are unnecessary. i feel sick to my stomach with annoyance that Nissan keeps bamboozling and overcharging their customers. i keep going in for something small, and they always try to nail me with a bill that exceeds $500+ every time. i'm disgusted. please research exactly what they say before you sign anything at Pinnacle Nissan and don't let them steal from you!
Please trust this review! Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Sales department is very dishonest and are absolute liars. They have horrible reviews but I chose to give them a chance and I made a serious mistake. This is the kind of place that gives car dealerships and car salesmen a bad name. It's very sad that these people represent a good car.
The sales manager lied about the amount I made to get me into a car. I did not that this was done. Then they purposely let me take the car off the lot so it was mine, while they were to obtain financing. After they could not get financing for me alone with their preferred institution, they ran my credit through every bank they could, beating the hell out of my credit. Even after this "error" was even pointed out to the finance manager he continued to run my application through banks with the falsified amount. Not only that they then tried to blame for the error and stated I lied, after they had let go of the sales manager. Stay away from this institution at all costs.

Pinnacle tried the same thing with me, only they lied about my employment history and either falsified or mixed up my references. I also have reason to believe they may have forged my signature on a contract addendum with my lender. Have you filed a complaint with the BBB or Attorney General's office? How about with Nissan Corp. customer service?
