About:This family-owned-and-operated restaurant has been a local favorite for decades. Serving three meals daily, the menu has more than 300 selections. It is often busy, so plan on at least a short wait before being seated. Hearty breakfasts (including pancakes made with orange juice) are followed by burgers, salads and sandwiches at lunch (try the Island Melt Sandwich) and seafood, steaks and pastas at dinner.     The ambiance and feel of the restaurant has totally changed. The menu and staff has changed. Won't go back again. There isn't a breakfast (or lunch) in the valley that compares to the original Pischke's menu. I would love to see the original Pischke's menu (and staff) back in another location.

    My old favorite has turned into a new dud. New ownership, new name, but they got rid of all my old favorites. Take a pass on the Blue Ribbon.
