User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe jewelry and watches are fantastic. They sell goods in a wide range of prices so real people can actually shop here, but don't expect any kind of service after the sale. They're great when you're buying but when you have a problem, this place turns to mush.
I bought an Hublot watch and several years later it had to go in for repairs. They sent it to Switzerland. I got it back three months later but with a new strap. That was a nice touch but these watches have to be custom-fit to the wearer. They had thrown away the original strap and then didn't have any the right size so at first it strangled my wrist and made my hand go numb. Then when I went back, they wanted to SELL me a new strap until they were made aware that I had just picked it up from a $650 service. But the only strap they had was way, way too big, so a month after picking this up from service it flops around on my wrist and all the watch service guys know to say is, "Uh, we should have some more straps in next week."
The watch service area is always jammed and the service guys all look about 20 and have no clue as to how to treat clientele who get conned into spending this kind of money on a watch. They really need some new people and a serious customer service makeover.-

I spent weeks looking at watches all over town and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was about to give up when I discovered E.D. Marshall Jewelers. I only wish I had found this place first. Glenn is the guy that I worked with and I can't recommend him highly enough. He really knows his watches! I told him what I wanted and honestly didn't expect them to even have one in stock. I couldn't believe my eyes when Glenn showed me TWO of the most beautiful Pateks I have ever seen!!! Well, he gave me a great deal so needless to say, I bought my dream watch today! I know that I will definitely go back soon. If you are in the market for a watch, go there first and save yourself some time. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
