User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRio is old and run down. At $40.00 per Adult and &20.00 for children I expect a clean nice place. I was there with my family on a Friday evening around 6 pm. We were the only ones there. Before we left only one other couple came in. The staff was alright. I wouldnât call them friendly. They just did their job and nothing more. I went to the bathroom which was filthy and there was no way to dry my hands. The food was ok not great. Perhaps the most upsetting part of the evening to me was that when the bull came, they had already added 20% gratuity to the bill and did not mention it to me. I was about to add additional gratuity when I happened to notice they had already added 20%. I would not recommend this place at all. So many other better places for the price.

Overpriced. Disappointed. Go to the Brazilian one in Chandler Fogo & Brasa or any Texas de Brasil. Staff was slow and stingy with the way undercooked meats (medium was rare). Curtains were stapled. Salad bar was horrible. Dont waste your time and money here.
