User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food was great. The loud obnoxious tables in the private room were not. It was so loud in there, no one at our table could have a conversation. I thought for a second we were dining in a trailer park restaurant. There were 8 people in our party and for what was spent having dinner, I suggest going to Ruth Criss or Donovans. I received a call asking about our experience and was told that someone from their management team would get back to us, no such call ever came. Needless to say, we'll spend out money somewhere else. In these times of economic hardships, you would think restaurants would be groveling for customers. LOL.

I am from Chicago and have been to all the steakhouses. This is the best anywhere. Anyone who says otherwise has no idea. I have been there about 10 times and I am never disapointed. The bone in filet is so good I cant eat anywhere else. The wine list is a little overpriced but that is not what I go there for. You have to get the crab truffle gnocci for a side dish. The servers are the best in the industry! I will retun every time I go to scottsdale and that is about twice a year. Please never change!!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest meal ever!: What can I say about Mastro's? I first went there with my dad and I was blown away. I've had some good steaks before, but nothing compares to how they prepare them here. I decided to take my wife here for our anniversary and she was just amazed. There is not a single item that did not just leave me speechless. The spicy mambo salad is the greatest! What makes this place better than any other restaurant though is the service. They take the time to make sure you really get what you desire. A personal touch like none other.

The BEST thing about MASTRO'S is / was Jeff the bartender. Haven't seen him lately. Food-- ok, servers depending on the $$ potential to experiance performance. Over priced, over rated and....your just ok. Anyone who objects doesn't know the difference. Give me Sushi Brokers or Down Town. Location sucks and too man OLD MEN!
