I lived in Thailand and have dined at numerous Thai restaurants throughout the U.S., so I'm familiar with the cuisine. Service here was below average and food was adequate. Portions are average, served on large platters with garnish to appear more substantial. Sauce was thin, almost broth-like, and flavor was not remarkable. I would only go here for a quick lunch. Thai Rama on Camelback is far superior on all counts, and it's in the same price range. I rate this poor for bad service and average food. I have no idea why this place is favorably rated here, I can only guess that I caught them on a bad night, or perhaps there is a dearth of good Thai in the
valley.

why you think this place is so bad.
I had an experience where I was virtually ignored by servers, and my entree was average. It may have been a bad night for them, I don't know. I don't often get bad service, and when I do I resent it.
