Service department is very scandalous! Nice representatives, but their Service Manager was both disrespectful and underhanded.
Brought my car in to get the tires checked, and someone accidentally drained the battery. When the battery wouldn't hold a charge at home, I call back (as instructed), but quickly met a great deal of resistance.
Right off the bat, Service Manager Dave was grossly unprofessional - back-peddling, scapegoating, belittling my understanding of both my car and the situation, and outright refusing to to acknowledge any responsibility. He even threatened to charge me for previous visits, which had been fully covered by my warranty!
Appalled, I left messages with a different Service Manager as well as the General Manager. And low and behold - early the next morning I get a call from Dave, who offered an unconvincing "change of heart" and a new battery. (But of course, no repair to the contact clip that they damaged when they charged the battery in the shop.)
Next time, I will definitely be taking the extra time to go to Arrowhead Honda instead. Haven't had any issues with them to date!

This by far was the best experience that I have ever had in a car dealership. I did most of my research online and visited a few other dealerships before I chose Earnhardts. The sales people at Arrowhead and Bell Honda both told me that the person I was looking for no longer worked there. That kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and I left there. I really didn't feel like they cared about me. They only wanted my money. I had spoken to Mark at Earnhardt over the phone and by email. He gave me all the information I asked for and more. Then when I showed up for my appointment the salesperson who greeted me asked me if I was there to see anyone else. I let him know that I was there to see Mark and he went and got him for me. To me that was a great first impression. Mark was very courteous and honored everything that we discussed over the phone. He was very courteous and professional. The finance manager was also very courteous and professional. He wasn't pushy at all. Over all I was very impressed. We will be seeing them again for our next car.
